Payments, Returns & Refunds

Payment Methods:

Our preferred payment methods:

  • Direct Deposit (bank details provided on your validated quote email): If paying by bank transfer, please pay the exact deposit amount requested, and make reference to your ‘quote ID number’ and ‘your name’.
  • Credit Card (Master Card, Visa): If paying by credit card, you will need to phone us and provide us with your credit card details. Payment via Credit Card attracts a 1.5% bank merchant fee.

NOTE: Payment in full is required prior to dispatch/release of the goods. The factories/depots are not able to accept payments, as all payments need to come via the Central Administration office.

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the custom-made nature of the products you order through OzFlatPack’s online ordering system, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds. When you are paying a deposit, you are entering a binding contract with OzFlatPacks.

Important Note:
As we are purchasing and custom cutting materials unique to your job, the (25%) deposit amount to get the job underway is non-refundable. The final balance (75%) is due when the job is complete in the factory, prior to pick-up or delivery.

Furthermore, once the job is prepped and goes into production, the materials ordered and the works to date will almost always exceed the 25% deposit already received.  As such, we ask that you please make your selections very carefully before confirming and accepting the order with your deposit.
