Payments, Returns & Refunds
Our preferred payment methods:
- Direct Deposit (bank details provided on your validated quote email)
- Credit Card (Master Card, Visa)
Payment in full is required prior to dispatch/release of the goods and the factories/depots are not able to accept payments, as all payments need to come via the Central Administration office, click here for details.
If paying by bank transfer, please refer to your ‘quote ID number’ and ‘your name’ for easy reference.
If paying by credit card, you will need to contact us and provide us with your credit card details. Payment via Credit Card attracts a 1.5% bank merchants fee.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of the products you order through OzFlatPack’s online ordering system, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds. When you are paying a deposit you are entering a binding contract with OzFlatPacks.
As we are purchasing and custom cutting materials unique to your job, the (25%) deposit amount to get the job underway is non-refundable and the final balance (75%) is due when the job is complete in the factory, prior to pick-up or delivery.
Furthermore, once the job is prepped and goes into production, the materials ordered and the works to date will almost in all cases exceed the 25% deposit already received. As such, we ask that you please make your selections very carefully before confirming your order with a deposit.
